It’s rough being a woman. Simply put, it’s just not as easy for us to climax. But we want you to, and that’s exactly why we found out the reasons you’re not orgasming. Take a look, and hopefully live the rest of your life with many, many orgasms!

You’re not focusing on the foreplay.

Skipping the foreplay, or making it way too short, might not affect the man, but it totally affects your orgasm.

The problem is, a lot of women feel self-conscious. Men typically want to get straight to the main event.
But if you let them know your orgasm is on the line, they’ll totally be into more foreplay!

“Most women need about twenty minutes of arousal time to reach the orgasmic platform, when the body is most primed for stimulation,” says sexologist Yvonne Fulbright.

Fulbright also says that when a woman has an orgasm during foreplay, her chances of having one during the deed are even higher.
It’s easy for a woman to get distracted, especially during the deed.

Women are overthinkers, and thoughts like “Does this angle make me look weird?” and “Does this feel good for him?” are distracting you from your own pleasure.

Any mental distraction can spark nonsexual impulses in your brain that lessens he intensity of your sexual impulses.
Next time you get distracted, focus on thoughts about the deed, and try switching positions.

You forgot to pee!

Things can get heated fast. And you never want to break the heat by getting up to pee during some heated foreplay.
The problem is, if your bladder is full, you won’t orgasm.

You change positions too often!

Sure, changing positions spices things up and can contribute to a better orgasm,. but changing them too much can distract your brain and body and prevent you from having one at all.
